Theater and film actor Alexei Yanin died at the age of 40. The Russian Academic Youth Theater (RAMT) announced this today, September 19.
“Alexei Yanin’s relatives reported that Lesha passed away today. Since September 2, he was in intensive care, but his heart could not stand it…,” the message says.
Since 2015, he has been struggling with the consequences of a stroke and impaired blood supply to the brain. The disease and the trepanation performed led to problems with speech and memory.
It is clarified that the time and place of farewell to the artist will be announced later.
Alexey Yanin is best known for his roles in such films and TV series as “The Judge”, “Stronger than Fate”, “One Never Parts with Loved Ones”, “Odnoklassniki”, “Club”, “Mothers and Daughters”, “Students”.
