NEW YORK, Sept 19 (Reuters) – A federal judge ruled on Tuesday that DoorDash DASH.N, Grubhub TKWY.AS and Uber Eats
UBER.N could sue New York City over a law capping the commissions they can charge restaurants for delivering meals, forcing them to operate at a loss.
District Judge Gregory Woods in Manhattan said the meal delivery services had sufficiently alleged that the law violated the U.S. Constitution and the New York State Constitution.
