Implementation of trade association regulations and tests on fixed and mobile electrical systems and devices as well as document management of examination results
Repair, maintenance and repair of building technology systems
Organization of work by external companies and scheduling of repair measures. Checking and updating the Schaltplanbestands and the Gebäudeinstallationspläne
Carrying out switching operations on the 20 kV system
Implementation of electromechanical and mechanical repairs
Operating the Fire alarm system as well as programming the hazard alarm system Participation in the on-call team and rescuing people from elevators

Switching authorization up to 20 kV
Independent working style and reliability
Good personal time management as well Organizational skills
Ability to work in a team. Confident use of MS Office applications
