According to the New York Mercantile Exchange, trading in November was at USD91.16 per barrel at the time of writing, rising by 0.64%.
The session was previously traded at USD91.26 per barrel. It may find support points at USD88.68 and resistance at USD91.36.
Dollar Index contracts, which measure the US currency’s performance against a basket of six other major currencies, rose 0.04% to trade at USD104.81.
At the same time on Nymex, the price for November rose by 0.40% to trade at USD94.81 per barrel, while the spread between contracts stood at USD3.65 per barrel.
