Fired Russian FSO Personnel Escapes to Ecuador for Opposing Moscow’s Invasion of Ukraine

QUITO – Vitaly Brizhaty is a Federal Protective Service (FSO) personnel Russia, elite services such as the Presidential Security Force (Paspampres). He was fired after fleeing to Ecuador for opposing Moscow’s invasion of Ukraine.
