The Attorney General has dismissed the case in which a man from Molde killed his wife in January this year before taking his own life.
– The case has been dropped due to the suspect’s death. The police consider the case resolved, says police inspector Anders Skorpen-Trøen Romsdal’s Budstikke.
It was NRK who mentioned the matter first.
The police are sure that the deceased man first shot and killed his wife before he killed himself.
It was on 12 January this year that the couple in their 80s were found dead in their own home in Molde. The police suspected from the start that the deaths were due to murder and suicide.
