Russia Reinforces 58th General Army with Airborne Units: Latest Report from British Ministry of Defense

In the last two weeks Russia has probably further reinforced the 58th General Army with more airborne units along the Orichov axis in the Zaporizhzhia region. This is stated in the latest intelligence report of the Ministry of Defense of Great Britain.

It is noted that at least five airborne regiments, drawn from the 7th and 76th Divisions, are probably now concentrated within a few kilometers of the village of Robotino on the front.

In full, such a force should include about 10,000 elite paratroopers. According to British intelligence, however, almost all formations are very likely to be grossly inadequate.

The current situation will probably be seen as extremely dissatisfied with the hierarchy of the airborne troops.

Throughout the war, Russian commanders sought to reestablish the airborne forces as a highly mobile, strike force for offensive operations. Once again, however, they are used as regular infantry to increase the overstretched ground forces, reports from the British Ministry of Defense.
