A new start.
While she had been free since the end of her contract with PSG last June, Kheira Hamraoui signed up this Monday with the Mexican club America, second in its championship after eleven days.
As a reminder, the 33-year-old played at PSG between 2012 and 2016, before heading to Lyon to win two Champions Leagues, then moving to FC Barcelona, where she will once again be European champion. Returning to Paris in 2021, Hamraoui was the victim of an attack in November of that same year, following a conflict supposedly opposing him to Aminata Diallo. In June, she told RMC “that she no longer wanted, for the moment, to play in France”.
