The complaint concerns several people with management positions in ASSMB, several construction companies and a hospital manager, according to the cited sources.
Oana Gabriela Sivache was appointed to lead the institution subordinate to Bucharest City Hall with the support of USR, to replace the old leadership from the mandate of Gabriela Firea.
Original article: DNA searches take place on Monday morning at the Administration of Bucharest Hospitals, according to G4Media sources. In the file, persons from the management of the institution are targeted for accusations of bribery, one of the persons being the deputy general director Cristian Plută.
They would have received bribes in two installments, once 20,000 euros, the second time over 300,000 lei for the granting of procurement contracts, G4Media sources also state.

The prosecutors of the National Anti-corruption Directorate – the Anti-corruption Section are conducting investigations in a criminal case concerning suspicions regarding the commission of corruption crimes and crimes similar to those of corruption, committed between April and August 2023, in connection with the conclusion of procurement contracts public and with the appointment of some persons in management positions of some hospital units within the radius of the municipality of Bucharest.
During the day of September 18, 2023, as a result of obtaining legal authorizations from the competent court, house searches are carried out in eight locations, located within the radius of Bucharest municipality and Ilfov county, one of which is the headquarters of a public institution, the rest representing the headquarters of some commercial companies and residences of individuals.
In this case, the prosecutors benefit from the support of the General Inspectorate of the Romanian Gendarmerie.
