“Chernomorets” attracted another new addition. The team strengthened with the American wing Ladeirion Griffin. The 200 cm tall basketball player was born in 1996 in Jacksonville, Florida.
Griffin comes to Bulgaria from the Swedish “Lulea”where he averaged 10.6 points, 5.6 rebounds and 2.4 assists in 32 games last season.
After graduating from St. Bonaventure University, where he played in the NCAA, the basketball player’s career went to teams from Sweden and Denmark.
Griffin already made his unofficial debut for the Burgas team during the tournament in Plovdiv. He started as a starter in the meeting and in nearly 26 minutes on the floor he accounted for 4 points, 4 rebounds and 3 assists.
