The depression rate, adults who feel productive, unemployment rate and income growth were some of the aspects analyzed, which could reach up to 100 points.
Finally, the 30 metrics were grouped into three categories: physical and emotional well-being, work environment, and community and environment.
These are the 10 “happiest” states in the United States:
Utah Hawaii Maryland Minnesota Idaho
Last on the list was West Virginia or West Virginia.
The quote in “happier” results from the subjectivity of what happiness is for each person. Even experts who analyzed WalletHub’s report noted that there were metrics like “money,” “stress,” and “negative emotions” that could distort someone’s perspective on being happy.
