Victory went to Kenyan Irine Cheptai in 1h05:53.
Chloé Herbiet, Belgian cross-country vice-champion, improved her personal best by 1:39 over the 21.1 km. She is now the 2nd Belgian performer in history behind Belgian record holder Marleen Renders who clocked 1h08:56 on March 23, 2002 in The Hague, the Netherlands.
Chloé Herbiet came close to the minimum required for the 2024 European Championships in Rome, set at 1h10:30.
