Vogue Arabia Features Salma Abu Deif and Balqis Fathi in the Black Tie Collection for Fall/Winter 23/24

Vogue Arabia magazine published the latest photo session that the artist Salma Abu Deif and the Emirati artist Balqis Fathi underwent, in which they were wearing the Black Tie collection for the fall and winter season 23/24.

Salma Abu Deif is participating in the series “Zeinhom” with Ahmed Daoud and Karim Qassem, directed by Yahya Ismail, written by Muhammad Suleiman Abdel Malik, and produced by Orma Studios, by producer Tamer Mortada.

She also participates in the film “A Nose and Three Eyes” with Dhafer Abdeen, Saba Mubarak, Jihan Al-Shamasherji, Sedqi Sakhr, Salwa Muhammad Ali, directed by Amir Ramses, with cinematic vision and dramatic treatment by Wael Hamdi.

Recently, Balqis Fathi released her latest clip, “A Thousand Souls.”

It is noteworthy that the song “A Thousand Souls” is Balqis Fathi’s first release in the summer of 2023, and she described it as being very similar to her. Balqis wrote about the song on her account on the Instagram application: Recently, a thousand souls came to light, a work that I worked from my heart with all love, and it resembles me in every detail, and the song resembles many people, and insha’Allah. May God touch your conscience.

“A Thousand Souls” is Balqis Fathi’s fourth song in the Egyptian dialect, after “Diplomat, Nettala’” and “Al-Mazajenji.” It was written by Ahmed Hassan Raoul and the Lebanese composer Guy Manoukian, arranged by Suleiman Damian and directed by Elie Fahd.
