Massive Fire Breaks Out at Building on Avenue Choisy in Paris with No Casualties Reported

A thick plume of black smoke and large flames escaping from the windows of a building on Avenue Choisy, in Paris. A fire broke out at the end of the afternoon, the town hall of the 13th arrondissement told France Bleu Paris.
