Xiaomi surprised today by revealing the design of the Redmi Note 13 Pro and Note 13 Pro+, where the lower model looks almost the same as last year, but the camera module has a bit of a flagship feel. The Pro Plus looks completely different, as it switches to a rounded display, a back made of artificial leather without a camera module and an interesting color, which is divided into several different colors for the cameras. The phones are to be introduced together with the lower Note 13 5G later this month on September 21.
The Redmi Note 13 series is really knocking on the door. Xiaomi announced today on the social network Weibo with an advertisement that the introduction of three phones of this family will take place in China on September 21. As last year, the Note 13 5G, Note 13 Pro and Note 13 Pro+ are expected, but the question is when we will see the phones in Europe as well. Will we have to wait until next year again? The manufacturer could then miss the chance to capture as long as their phones have the best and latest possible equipment.
But back to the image that accompanies the reveal date. On it we can see the Note 13 Pro+ on the left and the Note 13 Pro on the right. The basic Prochko looks very similar to this year’s model. A flat plastic frame, a flat back, a flat display and a large camera module, which, however, is divided similarly to the flagship models by thin lines. In contrast, the Pro+ will be completely different than before. We are looking at a plastic frame, but the front has a rounded display with thin bezels, and the back is also rounded, which is made of artificial leather. The sides of the back are rounded, the individual lenses protrude separately from the body, and around them the back is divided into differently colored squares.

You can definitely distinguish the Pro+ from a lot of other phones on the market at first glance, and the phone’s unique style suits it. Both presented phones should then have a 200Mpx main camera, but at least the Pro+ will get an ISOCELL HP3 sensor this time, which is better than the HPX in the Note 12 Pro+. The best model of the thirteenth generation should also boast a very powerful Dimensity 7200 Ultra processor. That’s all we know for now, but we’re sure to know more by next week. Xiaomi likes to publish a number of specifications even before the actual unveiling.
