“Early on September 14, 2023, the defense forces struck two Vasiliy Bykov project 22160 patrol vessels of the Russian occupation fleet in the southwestern Black Sea. There is some damage,” the publication said.
On the Russian side, they confirm the attack, but claim she was repulsed.
