KOMPAS.com – Minister of State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) Erick Thohir said that State Capital Participation (PMN) worth IDR 28.16 trillion has been allocated to three BUMNs.
“The results of our discussions with the DPR Budget Agency, the definitive PMN that will be given to BUMN is worth IDR 28.16 trillion with distribution to Hutama Karya, Indonesia Financial Group and Wijaya Karya,” said Erick Thohir at the DPR RI Commission VI Working Meeting in Jakarta, quoted from Antara, Friday (15/9/2023).
He explained that Hutama Karya (HK) received PMN of IDR 18.6 trillion which was used for the construction of the Trans Sumatra Toll Road (JTTS) Phase 1 and the completion of the National Strategic Project (PSN) for the Kayu Agung Palembang – Betung, and Bogor – Ciawi – Toll Road sections. Sukabumi.
Then, Indonesia Financial Group (IFG) received IDR 3.56 trillion which will be used to resolve the rescue of Jiwasraya policy holders.

Furthermore, Wijaya Karya (Wika) received IDR 6 trillion to strengthen capital to support working capital needs for National Strategic Projects.
Erick also said that there is PMN as an Investment Reserve of IDR 12.8 trillion for other BUMNs.
However, the certainty will be discussed first with the Ministry of Finance and Commission VI DPR RI.
These include PT Kereta Api Indonesia (KAI) amounting to IDR 2 trillion to strengthen capital, IndonesiaRE amounting to IDR 1 trillion to strengthen capital, PT Pelni amounting to IDR 3 trillion for the purchase of pioneer passenger ships.

Meanwhile PT INKA amounted to IDR 1 trillion to increase production capacity, PT PLN amounted to IDR 5.86 trillion for village electrification, and ID Food amounted to IDR 832 billion to strengthen capital.
“This is currently the final discussion. Hopefully it will be approved, but this is the mechanism that is being offered,” said Erick.
For information, Commission VI DPR RI approved the budget allocation for the Ministry of BUMN RI for the 2024 Fiscal Year in accordance with the DPR RI Budget Agency Letter Number B/11091/AG.05.02/09/2023 dated 11 September 2023 regarding the Submission of the results of the Bill Discussion amounting to IDR 308.02 billion.
In accordance with the letter from the DPR RI Budget Agency, Commission VI of the DPR RI requested that the Ministry of BUMN RI immediately submit budget adjustments per program no later than 15 September 2023 which will then be submitted to the DPR RI Budget Agency.
