54-year-old Ukrainian specialist Yuri Vilyevich Maksimov became the new head coach of SC Dnepr-1.

The contract with the mentor is concluded for a period of 2 years.
Maksimov’s previous teams as coach were Dynamo (Minsk), CSKA (Kiev), Obolon (Kiev), Krivbass (Krivoy Rog), Metallurg (Donetsk), Mordovia (Saransk), Taraz (Kazakhstan), “Keshlya” (Azerbaijan), “Vorskla” (Poltava), “Polesie” (Zhitomir), “Zvyagel” (Zhytomyr region).
He is the winner of the FNL (2013/2014), winner of the Azerbaijan Cup (2017/2018) and finalist of the Ukrainian Cup (2019/2020).
