Moss, who was once nicknamed the “greatest smoker of all time,” was smoking outside Cecconi’s restaurant in the Mayfair district. There she enjoyed a family lunch with her brother Nick and father Peter. Although she indicated a few months ago that she would quit smoking and replace it with a vape, the almost unrecognizable model was still spotted with a cigarette in her hand.

The British model has had problems with drugs and smoking on several occasions in the past, culminating in the 1990s when her friends nicknamed her ‘The Tank’. However, Moss has reportedly been sober for two years. The model made this switch after the launch of her lifestyle brand Cosmoss.
At the time, she said her “happy place” was no longer on the dance floor, but rather “waking up fresh and sober in the morning. The most important thing about changing your lifestyle is that you don’t change yourself. I used to be a hedonist and that’s still part of my personality, that hasn’t gone away,” she admitted. “It’s good to be versatile and we all need to recognize those different parts of our personality.”
