Inge Anugrah lost her child custody lawsuit from her ex-husband Ari Wibowo.
The Panel of Judges at the South Jakarta District Court granted all of Ari Wibowo’s demands, including child custody.
Apart from child custody, Inge’s demands regarding maintenance were also not granted by the Panel of Judges. Due to this, Inge Anugrah was very disappointed.
“Really disappointed. The judge doesn’t have feelings, as a wife you don’t get anything, you just get dumped like that,” said Petrus Pattyona, Inge’s lawyer.
Petrus also mentioned again about Inge who never earned enough money during her 16 years of marriage to Ari Wibowo.
“As Inge’s wife for 16 years, Inge never had any money. Even if Inge wanted to travel anywhere, she only had IDR 200 thousand in her wallet, so she couldn’t do anything,” he stressed, citing detikcom.
Even though she felt very disappointed, Inge Anugrah had not yet thought about appealing the judge’s decision.
“Regarding the living money, the term is that he hasn’t decided whether he is willing to accept nothing, he hasn’t (taken a stance) firmly,” said Petrus.
“But, I said, ‘We’ll read the decision first. We still have 14 days to act,” he continued.
