+++ Zoo in NRW announces bitter news – visitors don’t have much time left +++

September 17th is NRW Partner Zoo Day. This coming Sunday, the zoos in Dortmund, Duisburg and Gelsenkirchen, the Cologne Zoo, the Aquazoo – Löbbecke Museum, as well as other animal parks in Hamm, Wuppertal, Münster, Krefeld, Bochum, Aachen and the NaturZoo Rheine will open their doors free of charge.

Zoo in NRW: You shouldn’t miss these animals

The latter is currently promoting the campaign on social networks. The individual zoos not only have in common that they can all be visited in North Rhine-Westphalia, but some animals also move from one zoo to the next.

Tiger cat Leopold, for example, can no longer be found at NaturZoo Rheine and has moved to Krefeld. Two sloth bears, born in Rheine, can now be observed in the all-weather zoo in Münster. A young crowned lemur has also left the city on the Ems and is now welcoming visitors to the ZOOM adventure world in Gelsenkirchen. But guests can also marvel at the diversity of the animal world in every other zoo in North Rhine-Westphalia.
