In the complaint presented by the lawyer Barbara Indovina, Giacomo Muccioli is also accused of having said that Delogu “had pointed a gun at my mother’s head (Vincenzo Muccioli’s wife) asking her for 150 million lire“, while to Andrea for having stated that “Delogu was an insignificant figure of San Patrignano, who never did more than drive the car, if not for the problem of the extortion of the cassette.
