Bethesda announced today that a variety of features will be coming to Starfield on Xbox and PC as part of a “regular patch of updates,” including some pretty big ones aimed at HDR e DLSS.
“This is a game that we will support you for many, many years, so please keep all the comments coming! Even if we don’t fulfill your requests immediately, we would love to do so in the future, as city maps. Our priority initially is to ensure any major blocking bugs or stability issues are resolved and to add quality of life features that many are asking for. “
Here is the list of “top community requested features” for Starfield that will be released soon:
Brightness and contrast controls HDR calibration menu FOV slider
Nvidia DLSS Support (PC)
Ultrawide 32:9 Monitor Support (PC) Eat, food button!
“We are also working closely with Nvidia, AMD e Intel in driver support, and each update will include new stability and performance improvements.”
Along with this, there are some other things to mention. Firstly, Bethesda reiterated that built-in mod support will arrive in early 2024 and “will work across all platforms similar to what we did with Skyrim and Fallout 4”.
Even better, today too there is an update for Starfield! This is a small hotfix that targets a few areas including better stability with Xbox Series X|S installs and also some performance improvements.
