Kourtney Kardashian has described her pregnancy as “challenging” after undergoing emergency fetal surgery.
In an Instagram post published on Sunday (10Sep23), the Kardashians star shared a series of photos in which she is seen wearing a black leather and lace outfit while cradling her baby bump. “Pregnancy is so exciting,” she wrote in the caption.
Kourtney Kardashian’s post comes less than a week after she and husband Travis Barker revealed she underwent emergency fetal surgery to save the life of their unborn baby. The Blink-182 drummer canceled several dates on his European tour to be able to return to the United States and support his wife during the operation.
“I will be forever grateful to the incredible doctors who saved our baby’s life,” Kourtney Kardashian wrote in a post-surgery post. “As someone who had three very easy pregnancies in the past, I was not prepared for the fear of rushing into emergency fetal surgery. I think you have to have experienced a similar situation to understand this feeling of fear. I have a whole new understanding and respect for moms who had to fight for their babies during pregnancy. »
And to conclude: “Praise be to God. Coming out of the hospital with my baby boy in my belly and safe was the biggest blessing. »
The baby will be the first that Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker have together. The star also has three children with ex Scott Disick, while Travis has two with ex-wife Shanna Moakler.
