Obstacles Faced by Women in Starting Businesses and Accessing Management Positions in France

In France, only one in three business founders is a woman and there are only eleven women among the managers of the 120 largest French companies. Figures which are growing slowly, and which are even worse, if we look at the sector of new technologies and start-ups. In 2023, women still face many obstacles in starting their own business or accessing management positions.
