Paramount shared the first trailer for Pet Sematary: Bloodlines on Tuesday evening. This one promises a very bloody and nasty origin story for one of Stephen King’s most popular books.
According to King Pet Sematary his “scariest work” ever. This trailer shows that the makers have done justice to that. Horror fans are welcome Bloodlines clearly don’t miss it.
The story
Bloodlines delves into the history of Jud Crandall (played by Ambulance-actor Jackson White), one of the characters from Pet Sematary. He dreams of leaving his hometown of Ludlow.
Unfortunately, a dark family secret turns out to tie him to Ludlow forever. Together with his childhood friends, Crandall must ultimately battle an ancient and deadly evil.
Release
Paramount has Pet Sematary: Bloodlines specially made for streaming. The horror film will therefore not be released in cinemas and will go directly to the streaming service Paramount+.
In America it will Bloodlines to be released on October 6; in the rest of the world a day later. The horror film will probably appear in the Netherlands on SkyShowtime.
