Pogba spent almost two seasons at Manchester United with Ibrahimovic. During that period, Pogba felt how Ibrahimovic was.
The Juventus midfielder really likes Ibrahimovic’s leadership style. Pogba said the player who retired from AC Milan had a tough leadership style.

“I see different types of leaders. I see Zlatan is a tough leader. He wants you to win and he says it in a harsh way, and I like it. Some people like it and some don’t. It can bring people,” Pogba told Al Jazeera.
“With Zlatan, you have to be mentally strong. Michael Jordan-style. Patrice Evra is the leader of the French national team and Man United. He is very different. Very calm. He says things in a good way, sometimes even though sometimes he can loud. (Andrea) Pirlo in Italy, he is a leader on the pitch. Not someone who talks a lot in the dressing room, but on the pitch he gives you confidence.
This came out of Pogba’s mouth after journalist Ιman Amrani specifically asked about Jose Mourinho. However, Pogba mentioned other examples of leadership.
“I can’t say I’m a leader, people say you are a leader or not. I will do everything to win. I will give my best to my teammates and everyone to win,” Pogba emphasized.
