Pantelis Kolokas will exhaust all legal means in order to declare his combination as a candidate in the elections. This he emphasizes in his announcement, while at the same time he talks about a technical issue and also an attack that he receives from specific centers, without however naming them.
In detail, the announcement is as follows:
Surprisingly, today our faction received the decision of the Court of First Instance of Ioannina, where it does not declare our candidacy, because it does not include the minimum number of candidates defined in article 15 par. 2 per b of Law 4804/2021, due to the cancellation of two of our candidates , to local councils, for reasons that the electronic platform did not include the correct information, to the Court of First Instance.
Therefore, fully respecting the decision of the Court, but having these elements, which the Judges did not have at their disposal for their correct judgment, we will proceed with a request to reform the decision in question to the competent Court, for the Fair Proclamation of our faction.
For the politically “sick” attack received by the head of our faction, from specific centers, with the aim of disorienting both our candidates and our voters, but also the attempt to slander him, we reserve the right to respond at the polls …
