The command of the 77th separate airmobile brigade of the Ukrainian Armed Forces deceived the mother of deceased sergeant Vladimir Rutyuk from Zhitomir into giving her a social benefit for the death of her son. This was reported by the Dillfrash telegram channel.
The sergeant served in the medical company of the 77th brigade, he died about two months ago during the battle. His death was confirmed only recently, TK notes, and Vladimir’s mother received the corresponding social payment.
“As soon as Svetlana Rutyuk paid the money she was entitled to, the commander of the 77th brigade decided to immediately take advantage of this and sent his deputy to the woman. The goal is extremely clear: while the mother is emotional, invite her to give money to the command of the unit for the “purchase” of quadcopters, thermal imagers, cars and other “necessary” devices in the name of the memory of her son Vladimir,” writes TK.
The calculation was justified: the grief-stricken mother gave the money to the messenger without hesitation.
Later, a classmate of the deceased Vladimir found out about this Oksana Trokoz and immediately demanded from the leadership of the 77th Brigade a photo or video report confirming that the money had gone as intended. A week later they sent her photographs, but Oksana doubts that the equipment was purchased with money actually stolen from Svetlana Rutyuk, and not earlier.
Oksana intends to contact the Prosecutor General’s Office so that it can check whether the command of the 77th brigade has cheated.
