Our product
At the heart of Docue is a unique platform that makes it easier than ever for customers to create legal documents. Supported by our lawyers, the platform offers ready-made legal content for any business document, for example:
Minutes of shareholder meetings, employment contracts, shareholder agreements, confidentiality agreements
The platform not only provides legal clauses, but also guides the user through the creation of the contract. This means customers can click together their contracts themselves.
Docue is aimed at SMEs, as these companies generally do not have in-house lawyers. Additionally, SMEs are a market that has been poorly served by the traditional legal industry. We have come to change that.
