Nandyal > Nandyal Police has arrested Telugu Desam Party President and former Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh N Chandrababu Naidu. Chandrababu Naidu is the first accused in the AP Skill Development Corporation scam case. Nandyal range DIG Raghurami Reddy and the Crime Investigation Department (CID) made the arrest around 5:30 am from a caravan near RK function hall in the town. The arrests were made amid stiff opposition from TDP workers. Even the SPG forces guarding Naidu did not allow the police to approach. But after some efforts, he was arrested.
