Before calling for a return to normal constitutional order through “ the steps that the head of the transitional state announced through his inauguration speech the revision of the constitution, the electoral law and the formation of new competent government institutions “. Thus, he affirmed that “the United Nations are ready to resume their cooperation with Gabon once the road map has been adopted and a new government is put in place”. Finally, he indicated that UN agencies will establish contacts with the transitional administration and help Gabon, “a country determining the stability of the entire Central African region.”
