At 16.55 the FTSEMib drops by a minimum of 0.2% to 28,155 points while All Share falls by 0.19%. Mid Cap (-0.02%) and Star (-0.93%) also fell at different speeds.
In Piazza Affari, bank loans remain in decline. BancoBPM down by 1.74%%, MPS by 2.24% and UniCredit of 1.07%. Still on the rise People of Sondrio (+2.17%) again on the possibility that once the share capital of the Lombard bank Unipol (+0.4%) can think of some operation with BPER Bank (-0,72%).

Sales on Eni (-0.31%) which placed 7-year senior unsecured convertible bonds, featuring a sustainability-linked structure. The bonds, with a total nominal amount of approximately 1 billion euros, will be convertible into Eni ordinary shares listed on Euronext Milan. The conversion price is expected to be between 20% and 25% above the reference price. The bonds are expected to pay an annual fixed rate coupon of between 2.625% and 3.125%.

The group closed the first half of 2023 with revenues of 569.1 million euros, an increase of 21.7% compared to the 467.5 million euros obtained in the first half of last year; at constant exchange rates, revenues would have increased by 22.8%. The final result was positive for 30.9 million euros, compared to the profit of 0.8 million euros recognized in the first half of 2022. At the end of June 2023, the net financial debt was equal to 94 million euros, which compare with a balance of 85 million in June 2022. Total net financial debt amounted to 592.7 million euros, compared to 574.3 million euros in June 2022.
