The Egyptian “Laha” website revealed that the artist Ahmed Helmy is currently holding intensive sessions to prepare for a cinematic work that brings him together with his wife, the artist Mona Zaki, and titled “Lassa Hatta”, after a 20-year hiatus from cooperation between them.
The site quoted a source close to Ahmed Helmy as saying, “The preparation sessions and the selection of the heroes participating in the film are in full swing, in preparation for entering the studio and starting filming next December.”
And the movie “Lsa Hatta” written by Sherif Naguib and directed by Ahmed Alaa, and the producer continues to contract with all the work members before starting filming at the end of this year, and Helmy embodies the role of a “thug” who performs criminal acts because of a psychological complex that has accompanied him since childhood.
This work marks the return of cooperation between Ahmed Helmy and his wife, Mona Zaki, after a 20-year hiatus, since they presented together the movie “Sahr al-Layali” in 2003, which included a large number of stars and stars, including: Fathi Abdel Wahhab, Sherif Mounir, Khaled Abu al-Naga, Hanan Turk and Ola.
