Vodafone Spain launches “Reasons that move us”, a set of initiatives that places the customer at the center of its decisions and actions to improve and redefine the experience of its users. The idea is that users are aware of all the actions and initiatives that the operator makes available to them to improve their user experience, what benefits they have and how to make use of them. To do this, Vodafone has launched a new website that collects all the information of interest to customers and that facilitates the activation of these services, according to your needs and preferences.
The company incorporates into this initiative different services inspired by its vocation to improve and redefine the user experienceamong them:
Social rates: With the aim of promoting digital inclusion for all, Vodafone makes two types of rates available to vulnerable groups: ‘Vodafone Conectados móvil’, with 30GB and unlimited national calls for €10/month; and ‘Vodafone One Conectados’, which includes in the above offer a 5G ‘router’ for unlimited browsing for €25/month.
Roaming: With this service, users traveling abroad (EU countries, United Kingdom, United States, Iceland, Norway, Liechtenstein, Switzerland, Turkey, C2 General Vaticano, Kosovo and Monaco) can enjoy their rate (voice, SMS and data1) at no additional cost2. In some cases this may incur an additional cost. Therefore, every time they connect to a mobile line outside of Spain, either automatically or manually, Vodafone customers will receive an SMS to inform them of their connection and price. VoWiFi: This service allows Vodafone customers to enjoy better voice call quality when they have poor mobile coverage and are connected to a WiFi network. This functionality also allows them to send and receive SMS when they are online. In addition, the calls made with this service will be deducted from the voice minutes of your rate. 5G network: The company continues to deploy and intensify its 5G network service to offer the best Internet connectivity to its customers. Thanks to this, users can download content at a higher speed, browse with lower latency, have a greater number of devices connected simultaneously without losing quality, and have better quality voice calls.
