One of such activities is the construction of a medical outpatient clinic for 50 appointments per shift, which will operate in the Rauan residential area, near Aktau. The construction of this dispensary began in 2022 with the participation of a private investor and was successfully completed, the building was put into operation in 2023.

According to the plan for the construction of medical outpatient clinics for 2023, a medical outpatient clinic was also built and put into operation in the village of S. Shapagatov thanks to private investment projects. In addition, funds from the local budget were allocated to complete the construction of a medical outpatient clinic in the Akbulak microdistrict of Zhanaozen city.

In the future, it is also planned to complete the construction of the central district hospital in the Munailinsky district and put it into operation by the end of 2024.

In the 34A microdistrict of Aktau, preparatory work is underway to build a polyclinic for 300 visits per shift, carried out through the mechanism of public-private partnership. Funds from the local budget were allocated for the competition for the development of project documentation.

In addition, in accordance with the comprehensive development plan, funds from the local budget are used to develop projects for the construction of medical centers in the village of Tazhen in the Beineu region and the village of Appak in the Karakiyan region.

Nurlan Nogaev focused on improving the quality and accessibility of medical care to the population.

– Ensuring control over the construction of hospitals and clinics is our duty to society. The construction of hospitals and polyclinics is not just an investment in stone walls, it is an investment in the health and future of our citizens, regardless of where they live – in a city or a village. In his latest Address to the people of Kazakhstan, Head of State Kassym-Zhomart Tokayev emphasized the need to pay special attention to the comprehensive improvement of the medical infrastructure, including through public-private partnerships. The President also instructed to increase the number of residency training grants by 70% from the beginning of next year within three years. All these measures are aimed at actually improving the health of the nation, – said Nurlan Nogaev.

Also at the operational meeting, important aspects related to work in the field of fisheries within the framework of the Comprehensive Plan for the Socio-Economic Development of the Region were discussed. Particular attention was paid to the creation of new and expansion of existing fish business entities, the provision of land for the development of fisheries and the construction of the necessary infrastructure for fish farms.

Currently, three enterprises specializing in the cultivation of marketable fish are successfully operating in the region. These are Scientific and Production Enterprise Kazakh Osseter LLP, Caspian Riviera LLP and Nataly Company LLP.

In addition, the city of Fort Shevchenko is actively implementing a project for the cultivation and subsequent processing of sturgeons using the recirculating water supply system of CaspyAltynBalyk LLP. This project is planned to be launched in 2024 and will contribute to the additional development of the fishing industry in the region.
