In an electoral campaign there is never plenty of time. And the candidates for Government of Cesar and the Mayor of Valledupar they have the sun at their backs to achieve alliances that strike opinions. Friday, September 8, is the deadline established by the National Registry for candidates to resign and not appear on the ballot. Within the framework of alliances, it is key to facilitate the vote for voters.
However, the projections show that all the candidates for the Mayor of Valledupar and the Government of Cesar will appear on the card although later they achieve alliances.
Because the two unions that are on the table are still raw. Beginning with the Government of Cesar, Everything seems to indicate that each candidate will arrive on their own, with the exception of Katia Ospino and Arturo Calderón, who have already taken steps.
The same thing happens in the Mayor’s Office. Although the candidate Camilo Quiroz said that he is willing to measure himself in a survey and Christian José Moreno made the invitation publicly, they would not be able to define the results before Friday. Therefore, in case they join, it will be after the September 8, and they will all appear on the card.
