A bank document showed that Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank set today, Tuesday, an initial indicative price of about 150 basis points over US Treasury bonds for five-year dollar-denominated green bonds.
The bank intends to issue bonds of standard size, which usually means that the size of the offering is at least $ 500 million.
ADCB began meetings on Aug. 30 with Barclays, Deutsche Bank, Emirates NBD Capital, JPMorgan and Mizuho, according to a document issued by one of the banks arranging the offering.
