– Relaxing on the bed in a dimly lit room and reading a novel, these factors contribute to sleep.

Reading before bed is one of the most important tricks that lead you to a good sleep, so remove all mobile phones, televisions, and electronic devices from your bedroom, and replace them with a book or magazine.
