“The situation on the Russia-Ukraine front is getting worse day by day.” MP Elman Nasirov said these words in his statement to SIA.
According to him, it is extremely difficult to predict when the war between the Collective West and Russia on the Ukrainian front will end: “Especially in Western political circles, there is no optimism about the results of Ukraine’s counterattack. It was expected that the counterattack would have a greater effect. But it is certain that it will not be achieved. in this sense, it does not remain unaffected by the processes. In such a situation, some Western media outlets voiced opinions about the importance of conducting negotiations. Therefore, the initial predictions did not come true. In such a case, the international community assessed the situation extremely realistically. Practical steps must be taken to end this bloody war in the center of Europe. “Great states and international organizations bear a great responsibility in this regard.”
The MP continued: “Because it is very difficult to say who will win in the war waged by the Collective West with Russia on the Ukrainian front.
In general, it is one of the craziest things to say that nuclear powers go to war with each other and someone wins in the process. Because the defeated party has nuclear weapons to use, and if there is a threat to its security, Russia has openly declared that it can use nuclear weapons. Therefore, the development of processes in this direction is dangerous for all mankind. This is a very serious source of threat. In this case, the time has come to go to certain negotiations. Even though the NATO leadership is not unanimous in this regard, certain considerations are being voiced. Considering that every day of the war means the end of hundreds of people’s lives. Therefore, the only way out is negotiations. Considering Turkey’s contribution so far in this negotiation process, I believe that its participation in the process as a key player can be more effective. Because other actors have lost confidence in this process. That is, neither London, nor Washington, nor Paris, nor Brussels can mediate in this case. Because they are participants in the process. But Turkey can maintain its neutrality. In this regard, the negotiations mediated by Turkey are very important. If we take into account that these days in Sochi, there are talks between the President of Turkey, Mr. Recep Tayyip Erdogan, and his Russian counterpart, Vladimir Putin. One of the main issues of discussion in the negotiations is precisely the issues related to the Russian-Ukrainian war and the wheat crisis that arose against this background. Taking into account all this, it can be concluded that determining the time of the start of Russia-Ukraine negotiations has become the most important issue today. The potential of Turkey to contribute to this process is superior to all other countries.
