R+V Versicherung Appoints Christina Krewerth as Head of Public Affairs

R+V Versicherung has appointed Christina Krewerth as Head of Public Affairs on September 1, 2023. In her new function, she will continue to expand the political lobbying of R+V in Berlin, Brussels and in the federal states. She has already lobbied for other companies.

The political scientist from Berlin has held the same position for the Swiss DocMorris AG (formerly Zur Rose Group) for the past few years. Before that, she advised various clients from the insurance, finance and healthcare industries for eleven years for the EUTOP Group on strategic representation of interests in Berlin and Brussels. She began her professional career in 2007 as a speaker at the German Bundestag.

In the future, she will carry out her duties together with Karsten Eichner and Thomas Eismar and will report to Hermann Knipper, Head of Group Communications at R+V Versicherung. “We are very pleased to have won a public affairs professional like Christina Krewerth for us. In Berlin, she will be the voice of our nine million customers on important political and social issues such as old-age provision,” states Knipper.
