The Human Resource Development Fund or Hadaf has revised the minimum wage. The revised rate is mandatory for Swadeshi employees to get the share of job training provided by the government.
The deadline for registration in Hadaf has also been changed. At present, Hadaf has to be registered after 120 days of employment. It was reduced to 90 days. Failure to complete Hadaf registration within 90 to 180 days will result in loss of service. The revised terms will come into effect from September 5.
