About 180 billion rubles will be invested in the Bolshaya Sysert tourism project. This was announced by the first deputy governor of the Sverdlovsk region Alexei Shmykov.
“This is a large-scale project that involves investments of more than 180 billion rubles. Including 30 billion rubles will be directed to the formation of dual-use infrastructure (roads, utility networks),” Shmykov said. His words are reported by the press service of the department of information policy of the region in Telegram.
The total area of the cluster will be about four thousand square kilometers. About 300 thousand people permanently live in this territory, and the planned tourist flow by 2038 should be 2.8 million visits per year.
