Sunday morning writes the TV channel NBC San Diego that one person has been reported dead as a result of the torrential rain.

Didn’t expect better weather
Heavy rains hit Nevada on Friday, and there is a risk of flooding in both eastern and central parts of the state, according to the National Weather Service.
Nevada is usually it driest state throughout the United States, and in northwestern Nevada, August and September are among the months with the least rain.
Now, however, more rain is expected over the next few days, and conditions are not expected to improve sufficiently for vehicles to enter the desert basin, according to the authorities.
The festival has been organized since the 80s, and the highlight is usually the burning of a 12-metre high effigy.

It is a festival that has a wide range of cultural expressions. One of them can be seen in Oslo, namely the luminous tree on Tjuvholmen that financier Stein Erik Hagen bought after attending the festival in 2017.
