Diabetes prevention
A new study revealed that taking an aspirin tablet every day can reduce the chances of developing diabetes in people who are most susceptible to it.
The researchers noted that adults over 65 who took 100 milligrams of aspirin per day had a 15% lower risk of developing type 2 diabetes, according to the British Daily Mail.
The study included more than 16,000 healthy people when the trial began. Half of the participants took 100 milligrams a day of aspirin, while the other half took a placebo.
The fasting and fasting blood sugar levels of the participants in the study were measured, and they were even followed for 5 years. Indeed, it was found that aspirin reduces the chances of healthy elderly people being exposed to diabetes.

Prevention of heart attacks
Research has shown that aspirin reduces the risk of blood clots when taking one tablet daily, and thus prevents heart attacks.
Sometimes, clots occur inside one of the arteries of the heart that has been exposed to a problem, and prevent blood flow to the heart, and thus a heart attack occurs, and taking aspirin may help prevent this.
Cancer prevention
It was found that aspirin works to prevent many types of cancer, especially colon and rectal cancer, because it fights infections in the body.
Reducing pain and swelling
Aspirin plays an important role in relieving mild and moderate pain caused by headaches, colds, influenza, menstrual cramps, and arthritis. As for severe pain, the doctor may recommend using aspirin with another medication to further reduce pain.
