Even though Yakob Sayuri was injured when PSM Makassar hosted Persis Solo.
Three PSM Makassar players have been called up to defend the Indonesian national team on the FIFA Matchday against Turkmenistan.
The three are Yance Sayuri, Yakob Sayuri, and Reza Arya Pratama.
Exco PSSI member, Sumardji, confirmed that Yakob Sayuri was injured.

This was known after receiving a reply letter from PSM Makassar.
In the reply letter, PSM explained that Yakob Sayuri was injured.
Even though he was still injured, PSSI still asked Yakob Sayuri to join the Indonesian national team.
PSSI will first examine Yakob Sayuri.
If possible, Yakob Sayuri will still play against the Indonesian national team.
“Later we will check again the condition of Yakob Sayuri because of his illness,” said Sumardji.
Sumardji added, all the players that Shin Tae-yong called for the Indonesian national team were ready to come.
This includes players who play overseas.
They are Sandy Walsh, Shayne Pattynama, Jordi Amat, Asnawi Mangkualam and Saddil Ramdani.
