Sunday, September 3rd is Sports Day again in Kiel – and at many locations in Schleswig-Holstein. Then visitors can not only watch 160 types of sport, but also try out unusual types of sport themselves. For example teqball.

keel. Ever heard of Teqball? This sport is spilling over more and more to Germany and is particularly popular with football fans. On a curved plate, an attempt is made to get the ball over the net to the opposing side with the help of three contacts. Any part of the body can be used – except hands and arms. At the Sports Day in Kiel on Sunday, September 3rd, there are even real professional tips: Jon Nielsen from Kiel will be there. He has already been to the European Games in Kraków and most recently won the singles and doubles at the German Championships.
