Pensioners are eagerly awaiting their due income in September.
According to the National Pensions House, pensioners will receive the money as they were used to, on the dates set according to the method of receiving the pension chosen.
When the money enters the card
Seniors who chose to pay their pension through a current account or card account will receive the money on September 12, but no later than September 13.
For people who collect their pension in a current account or card account, in the situation where they were not found at home and were approved, the information documents regarding the amounts paid (purple slips), unsolicited by the beneficiaries, are kept at the post office until the last working day of the current month.
Starting with the rights related to March 2021, the purple stamps will be archived at the headquarters of the County Post Office, respectively of the sector Post Offices for a period of 24 months, without being returned to the territorial pension houses.
After the expiration of the 24 months, the information documents will be sent to the territorial pension houses.
These information documents can be sent, upon request, to the home of the interested persons – beneficiaries or their proxies.
When are pensions paid by post?
Pensioners who chose to pay their pension by post must wait for the postman at home between the 1st and 15th of the month.
How long is the pension withheld at the post office if the holder is absent from the locality?
For approved pensioners (those who are not found at home) the monetary rights and the payment document can be picked up from post offices within 2 working days after the last payment day of the respective month. Otherwise, the pensions return to the territorial pension house where they can be requested for payment reordering.
How are pension rights paid?
Depending on the option of the pensioner, the pension rights are paid by postal order, at the residence of the beneficiary of the pension rights or of the trustee, or in a current account or card account at one of the banks with which the National Public Pension House has concluded agreements for the payment of the rights pension.
When are pension rights paid?
Pensions are paid from the date of grant, with the exception of early pension and partial early pension, which are paid from the date of termination of the insured status.
