Libreville, Thursday August 24, 2023 (Gabon Info) – Supporters of the president make a mark with the panties in the elections for a re-election of their candidate.
For the past few days, an operation called “Ants” has been criss-crossing Libreville with the aim of encouraging voters to go and collect their cards, to vote on August 26, 2023 Ali Bongo Ondimba and not to give in to provocation on voting day. This campaign initiated by the Gabonese Democratic Party (PDG) and the Political Action Committee 2023 is in contact with the populations through an assiduous door-to-door campaign.
Headed by Richard Obiang Ava, activist of the CEO and Libreville coordinator of Cap 23, this operation also aims to convey a message of peace and good manners to adopt on election day. “Do not go with a tee short with the image of a candidate. Bring your voter card and national identity document,” he said. An invitation is also launched in the direction of the populations to vote for the lists of the CEO in the legislative and local elections. Campaign kits, T-shirts, caps, gadgets and posters bearing the image of the PDG candidates are distributed to voters.
