Telekom customers who use Magio mobile TV from Telekom may have noticed a change in the name of the service.
The provider decided to rename the Magio Go service to the more general name “Magio TV”. The Magio Go brand has been used by Telekom for a long time, the adjective “Go” was intended to evoke the possibility of use outside the home.

Gradually, however, similar services became the standard, and mobile television is offered by almost all relevant operators. They are often called the same operator or TV service.

Abroad, it changes to Magenta TV
The owner of Telekom is gradually changing its television services and unifying them under the name Magenta TV. In May for that also joined in the Czech Republicwhere the original T-Mobile TV was renamed.
It also calls services in Austria and Germany. In our country, Telekom sells television services under the “Magio” brand. It is very well known on the market and this should also be the reason why the operator in our country is not considering a change yet.
“Not at the moment, as the Magio TV brand is still popular here,” Telekom spokesman Michal Korec told Živé.sk.
